AVALON's mission is to provide an experience for our guests where they can experience
soothing and rejuvenating services and products in a relaxing & elegant atmosphere.
APPOINTMENTS
We enjoy spending as much time with you as possible, so we ask you to please arrive at
least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and at least 15 minutes prior to
your hair and nail care appointment. Guests who arrive late might need to reschedule.
We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hour cancellation notice is required. A $15 non-refundable charge will be assessed
if notice is not given.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please do not bring valuables with you. But if you must, keep valuables with you at all
times. AVALON is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT
Please maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular
phones and beepers are not permitted in rest areas.
PAYMENT OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
AVALON accepts US currency, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and personal
checks.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
They are for services and products only. No refunds on gift certificates will be given.
Recipients of a donation or auctioned gift certificate must inform the receptionist of
the gift certificate number. The expiration date may not be extended on donation
certificates.
RETURNS
Unused merchandise may be returned with in 30 days a full refund or exchange.
Prices do not include gratuity. All prices are subject to change without notice.
